Positive: Fabulous comfortable spacious home from home. I was solo female traveller with no car and there was a large supermarket 10mins walk away and the yacht club and bar had a fabulous atmosphere and food just 10 mins away. It was a long way from the centre and the beach but I got a bus pass and could easily get in and out in a 20 minute ride on the number 6 bus. Also got a water taxi pass so could get around on the water taxis easily too. It worked very well for me but wouldn't suit if you wanted to be in the centre.
